MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS
NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 24th July 1976
S.O. 493(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (2) of article 77 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Authen- tication (Orders and other Instruments) Rules, 1958, namely:—
1. (1) These rules may be called the Authentication (Orders and other Instruments) Fifth Amendment Rules, 1976.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Schedule to the Authentication (Orders and other Instruments) Rules, 1958, after the heading 'MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS' and the entries thereunder, the following shall be inserted, namely:—
(1) (2)
"DEPARTMENT OF INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT Office of the Development Commissioner, Development Small Scale Industries.
Commissioner/ Deputy Director (Administration) in the Headquarters Office".
