ORDER
New Delhi, the 26th July 1976
G.S.R. 480 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essen- tial Commodities Act, 1955 (10) of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Inter-Zonal Wheat and Wheat Products (Movement Control) Order. 1973, namely:—
1. (1) This Order may be called the Inter-Zonal Wheat and Wheat Products (Movement Control) Second Amendment Order, 1976.
(2) It shall come into force at once. 2. In the Inter-Zonal Wheat and Wheat Products (Movement Control) Order, 1973 in clause 4, for the proviso, the following proviso shall be substituted, name- ly:—
"Provided that nothing in this clause shall apply to the movement of wheat or any wheat product—
(i) from one part of Nepal to another through the inter-lying territory of
