G.SR. 481 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment In the notification of the Government of India in the Department of Revenue and Banking No. 35 - Customs , dated the 16th March , 1976 , namely:-
In the said notification for the words " metallised plastic film " , in the two places where they occur , the words " metallised or plain plastic film " shall be substituted ,

सा० का ० नि ० 481 ( श्र) केन्द्रीय सरकार, सीमा- शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) को धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के राजस्व और बैकिंग विभाग को अधिसूचना सं ० 35 सीमा शुल्क तारीख 16 मार्च , 1976 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करतो है , अर्थात:--
उक्त अधिसूचना में जहां कहीं भी "मेटेलाइज्ड प्लास्टिक फिल्म" शब्द आए हैं, उनके स्थान पर " मेटेलाइज्ड प्लेन प्लास्टिक फिल्म " शब्द रखे जाऐगे ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of sec tion 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) read with sub - section ( 4 ) of section 32 of the Finance Act , 1976 ( 66 of 1976 ) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Department of Revenue and Banking No. 106 - Customs , dated the 27th May , 1976 , namely:-
In the Table annexed to the said notification in S. No. 3 , for the words "Metallised plastic film " occurring in column ( 2 ) , the words " Metal- lised or plain plastic film " shall be substituted.

सा० का ० ति ० 482 ( प्र) -केन्द्रीय सरकार , वित्त अधिनियम , 1976 ( 1976 का 66) को धारा 32 को उपधारा ( 4 ) के साथ पठित सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) को धारा 25 को उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना लोक हित में श्रावश्यक है , भारत सरकार के राजस्व और बैंकिंग विभाग को अधिसूचना सं ० 106 सीमा- शुल्क , तारीख 27 मई , 1976 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थातः-
उक्त अधिसूचना से संलग्न अनूसूची में क्र ० सं ० 3 में स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में आने वाले " मेटेलाइज्ड प्लास्टिक फिल्म" शब्दों के स्थान पर " मेटेलाइज्ड या प्लेन प्लास्टिक फिल्म" शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।

In the said notification , for the words "machinery and equipment" , the words " all articles" shall be substituted .

उक्त अधिसूचना में "मशीनरी और उपस्कर " शब्दों के स्थान पर " सभी वस्तुएं " शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।
