CUSTOMS
New Delhi, the 28th July 1976
G.S.R. 489(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (i) of section 25 of the customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance), No. 18-Customs, dated the 12th February, 1973, namely: —
In the said notification after the word "Peru" in the two places where it occurs, the words "or Paraguay" shall be inserted.

CORRIGENDA
In the Department of Revenue and Banking Notification published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary Part II—3(i) dated the 7th April, 1976 as O.S.R. 288(E) appearing at page No. 1011 in English version in the 5th line after the word 'interest' insert 'so' and in the 7th line after the word 'Indian' insert 'Tariff.
