S.O. 505(E).—IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section. (2) of section 1 of the Tariff Commission (Repeal) Act, 1976 (No. 71 of 1976), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st August 1976, as the data on which the said Act shall come into force.
