New Delhi , the 30th July 1976
S.O. 506 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (2 ) of section 4 of the Gold (Control ) Act , 1968 (45 of 1968 ) and without prejudice to the provisions contained in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue ana Insurance) No. S.O. 3115 , dated 1st September , 1968 , the Central Government hereby appoints the officers of the designation and rank specified in column ( 2 ) of the Table below as Gold Control Officers for the purpose of enforcing the provisions of the said Act in the areas specified in the corresponding entry in column (3 ) of the said Table .

का० प्रा ०506 ( प्र) . केन्द्रीय सरकार, स्वर्ण ( नियंत्रण ) अधिनियम , 1968 ( 1968 का 45) की धारा 4 की उपधारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रा- लय ( राजस्व और बीमा विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं ० का ० श्र ० 3115 , तारीख 1 सितम्बर 1968 में अंतविष्ट किसी उपबंध पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव डाले बिना , नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्तभ ( 2 ) में विनि- दिष्ट पदाभिधान और रैंक वाले अधिकारियो को उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ ( 3 ) में की तत्सम्बन्धी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट क्षेत्रों में उक्त अधिनियम के उपबंधो को प्रवृत्त करने के प्रयोजन के लिए स्वर्ण नियंत्रण अधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्त करती है ।

गुजरात राज्य , गोवा , दमण और दीव संघ राज्यक्षेत्र के भीतर दमण , और दादरा तथा नगर हवेली संघ राज्य क्षेत्र और गुजरात राज्य में अहमदाबाद और अहम- दाबाद जिले के दस्कौरी तालुके के क्षेत्र में श्राने वाले भारत के तट से एक सौ किलोमीटर की चौड़ाई का अंतर्देशीय क्षेत्र ।
