NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th July 1976
S.O. 507(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 114 of the Gold (Control) Act, 1968 (45 of 1968), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Gold Control (Forms, Fees and Miscellaneous Matters) Ruled, 1968, namely:
1. These rules may be called Gold Control (Forms, Fees and Miscellaneous Matters) Second Amendment Rules, 1976,
2. In the Gold Control (Forms, Fees and Miscellaneous Matters) Rules, 1968, for rule 10, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:
