G.S.R. 492(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), the Central Government hereby appoints the 2nd day of August, 1976, as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
