ORDER
New Delhi, the 3lst July 1976
S.O. 514(E)/15/IDRA/76.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O.237(E)15/IDRA/76 dated the 25th March, 1976, namely:—
In the said Order, for paragraph 2, the following paragraph shall be substituted, namely:—
"2. The above body shall submit its report to the Central Government before the 8lh day of September, 1976."
