New Delhi, the 31st July 1976
S.O. 515(E)/15/IDRA/76.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies No. S.O. 4l2(E)/15/IDRA/76, dated the 9th June, 1976, namely:—
In the said Order in paragraph 2, for the words "six weeks" the words "twelve weeks" shall be substituted.
