New Delhi, the 3rd August 1976
G.S.R. 750(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of t he All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951) read with rule 4 of the Indian Forest Service (Cadre) Rules, 1966, the Central Government, in consultation With the Government of Kerala, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1966, namely :—
1. (i)These Regulations may be called the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Amendment Regulations, 1976.
(2) They shall come into force on the dateof their publication in the Gazette of I n d ia
2. In the Schedule to the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1966, for the entries under the heading "Kerala", the following shall be substituted, namely:—
1. Senior posts under the State Government
