S.O. S33(E)—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-flection (1) of section 3 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976), the Central Government, being request- ed so to do by Syndicate Bank, establishes, with effect from the 6th August, 1976, a Regional Rural Bank in the State of Andhra Pradesh under the name of Rayalaseema Grameena Bant, which shall operate within the local limits of the districts of Cuddapah and Kurnool in the State of Andhra Pradesh.

[No. F. 4-83/76-AC(H)]S.O. 535(E).—la pursuance of sub-clause (iii) of clause (a) of sub-section (6; of section 42 of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934), the Central Government hereby notifies, for the purposes of the said sub-clause, Rayalaseema Grameena Bank, being an institution established under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976).

S.O. 536(E).—In pursuance of clause- (a) of subsection (6) of section 42 of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934) the Reserve Bank of India hereby directs the inclusion in the Second Schedule to the said Act of the following bank, namely:—
Rayalaseema Grameena Bank, Cuddapah.
