NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 6th August 1976
S.O. 537(E).—Whereas the members of the Central Council of Homoeopathy have. in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973), elected at the meeting of the said Council held or. the 30th July. 1976, Dr. Jugal Kishore as the President and Dr. Diwan Harish Chand as the Vice-President of the said Council;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the said Act, and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Health and Family Planning (Department of Health) No. S.O. 482(E), dated the 8th August, 1974 in so far as it relates to the nomination of Prof. A K. Kisku as the President and Dr. Jugal Kishore as the Vice-President of the said Council, the Central Government hereby notifies the election of Dr. Jugal Kishore and Dr. Diwan Harish Chand as the President and the Vice President respectively of the said Council.
