NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 6th August 1976
S.O. 539(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 M and sub-sections (1) and (7) of section 25N of the Industrial Disputes Act. 1947 (14 of 1947), and in supersession of notification of Government of India in the Ministry of Labour No. S.O. 173(E) dated the 5th March, 1976, the Central Government, being the appropriate Government, hereby specifies the Additional Secretary or the Joint Secretary to the Government of India, in the Ministry of labour, incharge of the subject, to be the authority for the purposes of the said sections
