S.O. 545 ( E) .-Whereas the Government of the Union Territory of Delhi huve intimated alterations in the name and extent of wards of Delhi Municipal Corpога- tion mentioned in the Metropolitan Council Constituencies in Table B of the Delimi- tation Commission's Order No. 40 of 28 April, 1975 ;
And whereas the Commission considers it necessary and expedient to make amend- ment in the description of the extent of those constituencies so as to bring the Order correct and upto- date ;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers coneferred by section 11 of the Delimi- tation Act , 1972 , the Election Commission hereby makes the corrections in the said Order as follows : -
1- In Table B , under the heading Delhi Municipal Corporation in the description of the extent of the Metropolitan Council Constituencies from 6 - Minto Road to 56 - Shadipur ( SC ) , for the existing entries , the following entries shall be substituted:-

कॉ० ग्रा० 545 ( प्र) -दिल्ली संघ राज्यक्षेत्र की सरकार ने, परिसीमन आयोग के तारीख 28 अप्रैल , 1975 के आदेश सं ० 40 की सारणी ( ख ) मे णित महानगर परिषद निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों में आए दिल्ली नगर निगम के वार्डों के नाम श्रऔर विस्तार में कुछ परिवर्तन संसूचित किए हैं;
और , निर्वाचन आयोग उक्त आदेश को ठीक और उद्यतन करने के लिए उन निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के विस्तार के वर्णन में संशोधन करना आवश्यक और समीचीन समझता है ;
अतः , अब , परिसीमन अधिनियम , 1972 की धारा 11 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , निर्वाचन आयोग , उक्त आदेश में निम्नलिखित के अनुसार संशोधन करता है: ---
I.-सारणी ख में दिल्ली नगर निगम शीर्षक के नीचे , महानगर परिषद निर्वाचन- क्षेत्र सं ० 6 मिन्टो रोड से 56 , शादीपुर ( अ ० जा ० ) तक के विस्तार के वर्णन में , विद्य- मान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगीः-

III . उक्त आदेश केके उपावध मे दिल्ली नगर निगम ( शहरी ) क्षेत्र शीर्षक के अधीन विद्यमान जनगणना चार्जों की सीमाओं के वर्णन के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा:--

पूसा गेट से शादीपुर डिपो के निकट रेलवे फाटक तक पटेल रोड , डाइवरसन रोड तक रेलवे लाइन पूसा फेनसिग तक डाइररसन रोड , पूसा इंस्टीट्यूट को छोड़कर , पूसा इस्टीट्यूट रोड तक पूसा फेनसिग तथा पूसा गेट पर अपने आरम्भिक बिन्दु तक इस रोड से घिरा हुआ क्षेत्र ।
