S.O.547(E).—In pursuance of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs No. S.O. 208(E), dated the 16th May, 1975, the Central Govern- ment hereby appoints the 14th day of August, 1976, as the date on which the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934) shall com© into force in the State of Sikkim.

S.O.548(E).—In pursuance of the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs S.O. 42(E), dated the 15th January, 1976. the Central Govern- ment hereby appoints the 14th day of August, 1976 as the date on which the State Bank of India Act, 1955 (23 of 1955) shall come into force in the State of Sikkim.
