S.O. 349(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Disturbed Areas (Special Courts) Act, 1976 (77 of 1976), the Central Government hereby appoints the 15th day of August 1976, as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
