S.R.O. 203.—In pursuance of sub-section (7) of section 13 of the Cantonments Act, 1924 (2 of 1924), the Central Government hereby notifies that Shri Chander Kant Magis- trate 1st Class has been nominated as a member of the Can- tonment Board Ferozepur by the District Magistrate Feroze- pur in exercise of the powers conferred under section 13(3) (b) of that Act vice Shri M. M. Kalia Magistrate 1st Class resigned.

S.R.O. 202.—In pursuance of sub-section (7) of section 13 of (he Cantonments Act, 1924 (2 of 1924), the Central Government hereby notifies that a vacancy has occurred in the membership of the Cantonment Board Ferozepur by reason of the acceptance by the Central Government of the resignation of Shri M. M. KALIA Magistrate 1st Class.

S.R.O. 207.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (2) of section 12 of the National Cadet Corps Act, 1948 (31 of 1948). read with sub-rule (2) of rule 42 of the National Cadet Corps Rules, 1948, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Defence, No. S.R.O. 45, dated the 18th February, 1976, namely :—

In the said notification, for the entries at serial Numbers 8 and 21, the following entries shall respectively be substituted, namely :—

"8. Director of Highor Education, A, P., Hyderabad. —Member
