S.O. 572(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Deposit Insurance Corporation (Amendment) Act, 1968 (56 of 19681, the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of September, 1976, as the day on which section 7 of the said Act shall come into force in the State of West Bengal.
