NOTIF1CATION

New Delhi, the 31st August 1976

G.S.R. 778(E).—In exercise of the powers coffered by Section 6 of the Antiquities and All Treasures Act, 1972 (52 of 1972) the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Education and Social Welfare No G.S.R. 281 (E), dated the 5th April, 1976 namely;—

In the said notification, in the Table.—

(i) against Serial No 1, in column 2, for the entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely: —

"Shri C. L. Suri, Superintending Archaeologist, Archaeological Survey of India, Srinagar."

(ii) against Serial No. 1. in column 2, for the words "Deputy Superintending Archaeologist", the words "Superintending Archaeologist" shall be substituted; (iii) against Serial No. 6, in column 2, for the words "Deputy Superintending Archaeologist", the words "Superintending Archaeologist" shall be substituted.
