G.S.R. 782 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 3 of the All India Services Act , 1951 (61 of 1951 ) , read with sub - rule 1 and the first proviso to sub-rule (2) of rule 4 of the Indian Administrative Service ( Cadre ) Rules , 1954, the Central Government , in consultation with the Government of Haryana hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Administrative Service (Fixa- tion of Cadre Strength ) Regulations , 1955 , namely:-
1. (1 ) These regulations may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Nineteenth Amendment Regulations , 1976 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Schedule to the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations , 1955 for the heading " Haryana " and the entries occurring thereunder , the following shall be substituted, namely:-

सा० का० ति ० 782 ( थ) . भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( संवर्ग ) नियम, 1954 के नियम 4 के उप-नियम ( 2 ) के प्रथम परन्तुक और उप- नियम ( 1 ) के साथ पठित अखिल भारतीय सेवा अधि- नियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार हरियाणा सरकार के परामर्श मे , भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( संवर्ग संख्या का नियतन) विनियम1955 में और आगे यशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1) इन विनियमों का नाम भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( संवर्ग संख्या का नियतन ) उन्नीसवा सशोधन विनियम, 1976 है ।
( 2) ये राजपत्न में प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होगा ।
2. भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( काडर संख्या का नियतन ) विनियम, 1955 की अनुसूची में " हरियाणा" शीर्षक तथा उसमें नीचे आने वाली प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्: -
"हरियाणा"

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of section 3 of the All India Services Act , 1951 (61 of 1951) read with rule 11 of the Indian Adminis- trative Services (Pay) Rules , 1954, the Central Government , in consultation with the Government of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indian (Administrative Service ( Pay ) Rules , 1954, namely :-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Indian Administrative Service ( Pay ) Seventeenth Amendment Rules , 1976.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
In the Indian Administrative Service ( Pay ) Rules , 1954:-
In "Schedule III-B- Posts carrying pay in the senior scale of the Indian Adminis- trative Service under the State Government ( Including posts carrying special pay in addition to pay in the time scale ) " , in the Table against 'Haryana' "occurring in the first column and the corresponding entries in the second column" , the following entry shall be inserted namely:-

सा० का ० नि ० 783 ( प्र) भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( वेतन ) नियम, 1954 के नियम 11 के साथ पठित अखिल भारतीय सेवा अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , बेन्द्रीय सरकार हरियाणा सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( वेतन ) नियम, 1954 में और भागे संशोधन करने केके लिए एतद्वारा निम्न- लिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का नाम भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( वेतन ) सतरहवां संशोधन नियम , 19.76 है .।
( 2 ) दें सरकारी राजपक्ष में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रबूत होंगे ।
