the administration of the Cantonment, it ii desirable to vary the constitution of th" Cantonment Board, Secunderabad, hereby taia£eg a declaration to that effect and further directs that the constitution of the said Board¹ shall stand varied for a period of one year with effect from the 2nd September 1976.

S.R.O. 37-E.—In pursuance of subjection (3) of section 14 of the Cantonments Act. 1924 (2 of 1924) read with the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Defence No. S.R.O, 36-E dated the 1st September, 1976 published in the Government of India, Extraordinary Gazette, Part II, Section 4, dated the 2nd September, 1976, the Central Government hereby notifies that the following two persons have been nominated by the Officer Commanding the Station, to be the members of the Cantonment Board, Sccunderabad with effect from the 2nd September, 1976:—

1. Col. R. K. Chopra.

2. Shri Surinigenti Jagannathftm S/o Shri Achiram.
