S9I(E).—In English version of Order No, S.O: 542(E) dated 9-8-76 of the Government of India in the Ministry of Law Justice & Company Affairs (Department of Company Affairs) appearing in Part-II, Section 3, sub section (ii) of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary dated 12th August 1976 the following amendments may be made:—
(i) On page 1655, paragraph 7(6) (c) line 2, read the word "any" for the word "may"
(ii) On page 1656, paragraph 12, line 3, read the year "1975" for the year "1976".

(i) On page 1663 paragraph 7(3) line 4 read the word "or" for the word " of after the word "Directors".
(ii) On page 1664 paragraph 12 line 3 read the year "1975" for the year "1976".
