NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 6th September 1976
S.O. 599(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (2) of article 77 of the 'Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Authen- tication (Orders and other Instruments) Rules, 1958, namely:—
1. (1) These rules may be called the Authentication (Orders and other Instruments) Sixth Amendment Rules, 1976.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In rule 1 of the Authentication (Orders and other Instruments) Rules, 1958, in clause (11), after the words "Assistant Chief Director of Purchase", the words "Deputy Director General", shall be Inserted.
