G.S.R. 795 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 3 of the All India Services Act , 1951 ( 61 of 1951 ) read with rule 4 of the Indian Forest Service ( Cadre ) Rules , 1966 , the Central Government , in consultation with the Govern- ment of Maharashtra , hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Forest Service ( Fixation of Cadre Strength ) Regulations , 1966 , namely.:-
1. ( 1 ) These Regulations may be called the Indian Forest Service ( Fixation of Cadre Strength ) Fourth Amendment Regulations , 1976 .
(2 ) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Gazette of India,
2. In the Schedule to the Indian Forest Service ( Fixation of Cadre Strength ) Regu- lations , 1966 , for the entries under the heading "Maharashtra " , the following shall be substituted , namely , :-

1966 के सा० फा ० ति० 795 ( श्र) -भारतीय वन सेवा ( संवर्ग ) नियम , नियम 4 के साथ पठित अखिल भारतीय सेवाएं ग्रधिनियम ,1951 ( 1951 का 61) को धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार महाराष्ट्र सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय वन सेवा ( संवर्ग की संख्या का नियतन ) विनियम , 1966 में और आगे संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है , अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1 ) इन विनियमों का नाम भारतीय वन सेवा ( संवर्ग की संख्या का नियतन ) चौथा संशोधन विनियम , 1976 है ।
( 2 ) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में इन के प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. भारतीय वन सेवा ( संवर्ग की संख्या का नियतन ) विनियम, 1966 की अनुसूची में "महाराष्ट्र" शीर्षक के अधीन प्रविष्टियों के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापिन की जाएंगी अर्थात्: --

सा० का नि० 796 ( ८) भारतीय वन सेवा ( वेतन ) नियम , 1968 के नियम 11 के साथ पठित अखिल भारतीय सेवाएं अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार , सम्बन्धित राज्य सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय वन सेवा ( वेतन) नियम, 1968 में और संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्न- लिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का नाम भारतीय वन सेवा ( वेतन ) संशोधन नियम , 1976 है ।
( 2 ) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में इन प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. भारतीय वन सेवा ( वेतन ) नियम, 1968 के साथ संलग्न अनुसूची ।।। में-- ( 1 ) "क- राज्य सरकारों के अधीन भारतीय वन सेवा में समय वेतनमान से अधिक वेतन बाले पद" शीर्षक अधीन, मारणी में उपशीर्षक " महाराष्ट्र" में विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखिन प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्: ---
