ORDER

New Delhi, the 10th September 1976

S.O. 602(E).—In pursuance of sub-paragraph (1) of paragraph 4 of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 1970, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amend- ments to the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Petroleum, Chemi- cals, Mines and Metals (Department of Mines and Metals) No, S.O. 1873, dated, the 18th May, 1970, namely—

In the Table annexed to the said Order, in column (2)—

(1) against serial No. 8, Tetracycline, for the letters, figures, and word "Rs. 850.00 per kg.", the letters, figures and word "Rs. 650.00 per kg." shall be substituted; (2) against serial No. 11, Iodo-chlorohydroxy-Quinoline for the letters, figures, word and brackets "Rs. 115.50 per kg, (for production from basic stage)", the letters, figures, word and brackets "Rs. 134,00 per kg. (for production from basic stage)" shall be substituted.
