NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 13th September 1976
G.S.R. 800(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 175 of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), read with the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Steel and Mines, Department of Steel No. G.S.R. 390(E) dated the 13th September, 1974 the Central Government hereby nominates Shri H. Bhaya, Chairman, Board of Management, Indian Iron and Steel Company Limited, as the Chairman of the annual General Meeting of the Indian Iron and Steel Company Limited to be held on the 16th September, 1976 and such other date or dates to which the said meeting may be adjourned.
