ORDER
New Delhi, the 13th September 1976
S.O. 604(E)—In exercise of the power conferred by section 109 of the Gold (Control) Act, 1968 (45 of 1968), the Central Government, being of the opinion that it is necessary and expedient in the public interest so to do hereby makes the following Order namely —
That a person referred to in clause (c) of sub-section (4) of section 39 of the said Act shall be exempt from the operation of the time limit specified in that clause relating to the milking of an application for the grant of a certificate referred to in sub-section (1) of the said section 39, if he makes the said application on or before the 31st day of December. 1976
