ORDER
New Delhi, the 15th September 1976
G.S.R. 804(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the follow- ing Order further to amend the Inter-Zonal Wheat and Wheat Products (Movement Control) Order, 1973, namely:—
1.(1) This Order may be called the Inter-Zonal Wheat and Wheat Products (Movement Control) Third Amendment Order, 1976.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
2. In the Inter-Zonal Wheat and Wheat Products (Movement Control) Order, 1973,—
(i) in clause 2, in sub-clause (f), for the words "resultant atta", the word "atta" shall be substituted;
(ii) after clause 4, the following clause shall be inserted, namely:—
2374 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY PART II—SEC. 3(i)product from any place within Zone II (State of Assam) or Zone XI (State of Manipur) or Zone XII (State of Meghalaya) or Zone XIV (State of Nagaland) or Zone XIX (State of Tripura) or Zone XXII (Union territory of Arunachal Pradesh or Zone XXIV (Union territory of Mizo- ram) to any place within any Zone aforesaid.".
