S.O. 612(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (b) of clause 2 of the Newsprint Control Order, 1962. No. CH(l)-18(l)/62 dated the 17th January, 1962, the Government of India are hereby pleased to appoint Shri K. Ganesan, Section Officer, Office of the Registrar of Newspapers for India, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, New Delhi, to exercise the powers of the Controller under that order, with immediate effect,
2. This Ministry's earlier Notification No. S.O. 234(E), dated 27th March, 1974 relat- ing to the appointment of Shri I. C. Singh, as Controller under the said Order fa hereby cancelled, with effect from the 13th October, 1975.
