G.S.R. 805 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 8 of Central Excise Rules , 1944 , the Central Government hereby directs that the notifications of the Govern- ment of India in the Department of Revenue and Banking , specified in column (2 ) of the Table hereto annexed , shall be amended in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in columr (3) of the said Table .

सा० का ० ति ० 805 ( अ) . -केन्द्रीय सरकार , केन्द्रीय उत्पाद-शुल्क नियम, 1944 के नियम 8 के उप- नियम ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह निदेश देती है कि भारत सरकार राजस्व और बैंकिंग विभा की उन अधिपूचनाओं को, जो इससे उपबद्ध सारणो के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में विदिष्ट हैं , उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट रीति से संशोधित किया जाएगा ।

के सामने स्तम्भ 2 की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर , " प्रति वर्ग मीटर 60 ग्राम से अनधिक पदार्थ वाला सफेद छपाई का कागज जो ब्रिलिएंट हरित रंजक से श्रभायित हो और इंडियन स्टेंडर्ड इंस्टीट्यूट द्वारा सफेद छपाई के फाजज के लिए अधिसूचित विनिर्देशों के अनुरूप हो" प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी ;
