S.O. 618 ( E ) -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (5) of section 5 of the Emergency Risks ( Goods ) Insurance Act , 1971 ( 50 of 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following scheme further to amend the Emergency Risks (Goods ) Insurance Scheme published with the notification of the Government of India in the Minis- try of Finance ( Department of Revenue and Insurance ) No. S.O. 5483 , dated the 10th December , 1971 , namely
1. ( 1 ) This scheme may be called the Emergency Risks ( Goods ) Insurance (Fourth Amendment ) , Scheme, 1976 .
(2) It shall come into force on the 1st day of October , 1976 .
2. In the Emergency Risks (Goods ) Insurance Scheme , in paragraph 10 , in sub - para- graph ( 1)
( i) for the figures , letters and words " 30th day of September , 1976 " the figures , letters and words " 31st day of December , 1976 " shall be substituted;
( ii) in clause ( a ) for the figures letters and words " 30th day of June , 1976 " the figures , letters and words " 30th day of September , 1976 " shall be substituted .

का ० प्रा० 618 ( प्र ) -श्रापात जोखिम ( माल ) बीमा अधिनियम , 1971 ( 1971 का 50 ) की धारा 5 की उपधारा ( 5 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार , इस अधिसूचना द्वारा भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व और बीमा विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्या का ० आ ० 5483 तारीख 10 दिसम्बर , 1971 के साथ प्रकाशित आपात जोखिम ( माल ) बीमा स्कीम में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित स्कीम बनाती है , अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1 ) इस स्कीम का नाम श्रापात जोखिम ( माल ) बीमा ( अतुर्थ संशोधन ) स्कीम , 1976 है ।
( 2 ) यह 1 अक्तूबर , 1976 की प्रवृत्त होगी ।
२. प्रापात जोखिम ( माल ) बीमा स्कीम में , पैरा 10 में , उपपैरा ( 1 ) में
( i ) " 30 सितम्बर , 1976 " अंकों और शब्दों के स्थान पर , " 31 दिसम्बर , 1976 " अंक और शब्द रखे जायेंगे ;
( ii ) खण्ड ( क ) में , " 30 जून , 1976" अंकों प्रौर शब्दों के स्थान पर , " 30 सितम्बर, 1976" अंक और शब्द रखे आयेंगे ।

1. ( 1) This scheme may be called the Emergency Risks ( Undertakings ) Insurance ( Fifth amendment ) Scheme , 1976 .
(2) It shall come into force on the 1st day of October , 1976
2. In the Emergency Risks (Undertakings) Insurance Scheme , in paragraph 8 , in sub- paragraph ( 1 )
( 1) for the figures , letters and words " 30th day of September , 1976 " the figures , letters and words " 31st day of December , 1976" , shall be substituted ;
(ii) in clause ( a) for figures , letters and words " 30th day of June , 1976 " the figures , letters and words " 30th day of September , 1976 " shall be substituted,

कॉ० प्रा० 619 ( अ) प्रापात जोखिम ( उपक्रम ) बीमा अधिनियम, 1971 ( 1971 का 51 ) की धारा 3 की उरधाग ( 6 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार , हम अधिसूचना के द्वारा भारत सरकार वित मंत्रालय ( राजम्व और बीमा विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं ० का ० प्रा ० 5486 तारीख 10 दिसम्बर , 1971 के साथ प्रकाशित श्रपात जोखिम ( उपक्रम ) बी'मा स्कीम में और संशोधन करने लिए निम्नलिखित स्क्रीम बनाती है, अर्थात्:--
1. ( 1 ) इम स्क्रीम का नाम आपान जोखिम ( उपक्रम ) बीमा (पंचम संशोधन ) स्कीम, 1976 है , अर्थात् --
( 2 ) यह 1 अक्तूबर , 1976 को प्रवृत्त होगी ।
2. आपात जोखिम ( उपक्रम ) बीमा स्क्रोम में , पैरा 8 में , उपपरा ( 1 ) मे--
(i) " 30 सितम्बर, 1976 " , अंकों ओर शब्दों के स्थान पर " 31 दिसम्बर , 1976 " अंक और शब्द रखे जायेंगे ;
