ORDER
New Delhi, the 18th September 1976
G.S.R. 807(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (1) of clause 14 of the Vegetable Oil Products Control Order, 1947, the Vegetable Oil Products Controller for India hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Govern- ment of India in the late Ministry of Food and Agriculture (Department of Food) No. G.S.R. 1169, dated the 2nd July, 1963, namely:—
In the said notification, after the proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:— "Provided also that during the period upto 30th November, 1976, the ratio of production of vanaspati in small packs to large packs shall not exceed the average ratio of such production of vanaspati during the period of January to June, 1976, as shown in V.O.P. Form No. 2 furnished by such producers under sub-clause (2) of clause 4 of the said order."
