NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 18th September 1976
S.O. 620(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971 (40 of 1971), the Central Government hereby appoints the officer mentioned in column 1 of the Table below, being Gazetted Officer of Government, to be the estate officer for the purposes of the said Act, who shall exercise the powers conferred, and perform the duties imposed, on the estate officer by or under the said Act within the local limits of his jurisdiction in respect of the public premises specified in the corresponding entry in column 2 of the said Table: —
