NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 20th September 1976
G.S.R. 808(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the United Nations (Privileges and Immunities) Act, 1947 (46 of 1947), the Central Government hereby declares that the provisions of Section 18(b) of Article V of the Schedule to the said Act shall apply mutatis mutandis to the Director, when he is an Indian citizen, of the Colombo Plan Staff College for Technical Education in Singapore.
