ORDER
New Delhi, the 2ird September 1976
S.O. 631(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (I) of section 18A of the Industries (Development & Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri H. H. Mukherjee, Joint Director, Railway Board, and Shri S. Kannan, Officer on Special Duty, Department of Heavy Industry, as members of the Board of Management of Messrs. Gresham and Craven of India (Pri- vate) Limited, Calcutta, vice Sarvashri S. K. Moitra and P. R. Das Gupta, respectively, and makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development No. S.O. 1482, dated the 31st March, 1971, namely;—
In the said Order, for items 2 and 3 and entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely;—
"2. Shri H. H. Mukherjee, Joint Director, Railway Board.
3. Shri S. Kannan, Officer on Special Duty, Department of Heavy Industry."
