NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 23rd September 1976
S.O. 632(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 74 of the Patents Act, 1970 (39 of 1970), the Central Government hereby establishes, •with effect from the 11th day of October, 1976, a branch office of the Patent Office at Delhi and specifies the territorial limits within which the office of the Patent Office at Delhi shall exercise its functions under the said Act, as follows:—
Branch Office of the Patent The States of Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu Office at Delhi. & Kashmir, Punjab, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh and the Union Territories of Chandigarh and Delhi,
