G.S.R. 816(E)/Ess.Com./Sugar.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 15 of the Sugar (Control) Order, 1968, the Central Government hereby directs that the powers conferred upon it by clause 3 of the said Order, shall be exercis- able also by the Cane Commissioner (Director of Sugar) of Tamil Nadu in res- pect of manufacture of sugar by vacuum pan process within the State of Tamil Nadu.
