New Delhi , the 25th September 1976
G.S.R. 818 ( E ) . In excrcise of the powers conferred by sub- rule ( 1 ) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules , 1944 , the Central Government hereby makes the following ' further amendments to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue and Insurance ) No. 43 / 74 -Central Excises , dated ' the 1st March , 1974 , namely :-
In the said notification ,
(i ) in the Table , serial Nos . 5 and 6 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted; and
( ii ) the second proviso shall be omitted,

सा० फा० नि० 818 ( अ) केन्द्रीय उत्पाद -शुल्क नियम , 1944 के नियम 8 के उपनियम ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये , केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व और बीमा विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं ० 43/74 , तारीख 1 मार्च, 1974 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात:-
उक्त अधि सूचना में, --
( i ) सारणी में से क्रम सं ० 5 और 6 तथा उनसे सम्बन्धित प्रविष्टियों का सोप किया जाएगा , और
( ii ) द्वितीय परन्तुक का लोप किया जाएगा ।
