No, FEX(49)/76.—In exercise of the powers conferred on them by clause (a) of Sub-Section (1) of Section 3 of the major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963) the Central Government is pleased to appoint Shri U, Mahabala Rao, I.A.S- (Kerala 1958) as Chairman, Cochin Port Trust vice Shri A. K K. Nambiar with effect from the date he takes charge of the post and until further orders.
