NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 29th September, 1976
G.S.R. 834 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Govern- ment Savings Certificates Act, 1959 (46 of 1959) the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the National Savings Certificates (V- Issue) Rules, 1973, namely:—
1. (i) These rules may be called the National Savings Certificates (V Issue) (Third Amendment) Rules, 1976.
(ii) They shall come into force on the first day of October, 1976.
2. In the National Savings Certificates (V-Issue) Rules, 1973, in rule 26, in sub-rule (1)—
(a) for the words "following Table", the words "following Tables" shall be.
substituted;
