ORDER
New Delhi, the 30th September 1976
S.O. 650(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955). the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Paper (Control of Production) Order, 1974, namely:—
1. (1) This Order may be railed the Paper (Control of Production) Amendment Order, 1976.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
2. In clause 3 of the Paper (Control of Production) Order, 1974 (herein- after referred to as the said Order), sub-clause (b) shall be omitted.
3. In clause 4 of the said Order after the words "Nothing in this Order". the words, brackets and figures, "other than sub-clause (3) of clause 7", shall be inserted.
4. In clause 7 of the said Order, in sub-clause (1), for the words "shall be tinted with blue, pink or colours in such proportions , the words) "shall be tinted with green, blue, pink or any other colour or colours in such proportions" shall be substituted.
