RESOLUTION

New Delhi, the 29th September 1976

No. 5(1)74-BPE(PESB).—Reference is invited to Ministry of Finance (Bureau

of Public Enterprises), Resolution No. 5(l)/74-BPE(PESB), dated 30th August,

1974, constituting the Public Enterprises Selection Board. Government of India

have decided to reconstitute the Board as follows:

1. Shri A. N. Banerji.

2. Dr. P. C. Alexander, Secretary, Department of Foreign Trade, 3. Shri S. M. Agarwal, Secretary, Ministry of Communications, 4. Shri V. P. Sawhney, Member, Railway Board. 5. Shri M. L. Zutshi, Chairman-cum-Managing Director, Hindustan Paper Corporation. 6. Director General, Bureau of Public Enterprises. The Board will have a tenure of two years from 1st October, 1976.
