SuBJECT.—Jmport 0f raw materials, components and spares by the proposed units during 1976-77—Submission of bond.
No. 101-ITC(PN)/76.—Attention is invited to the provision contained in para 82(8) of the Import Trade Control Hand Book of Rules and Procedure 1976-77 in terms of which, if a proposed unit in the small scale sector wants to obtain licence/release order in its own name for import/release of raw mate- rials, components and spare parts, it should furnish a bond supported by bank guarantee for an amount equal to 50 per cent of the c.i.f. value of the licence/ release order.
