New Delhi, the 13th October, 1976
S.O. 676(E)/15/IDRA/76—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies (Department of Industrial Development No. S.O. 237(E)/15/IDRA/76 dated the 25th March, 1976, namely:—
In the said Order under the heading 'Members' after serial No. 3, the following aerial No. shall be inserted namely:—
"4. SHRI D. B. CHAKI,
