No. DRAWBACK / PN - 63 /76 Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules , 1971 (Notification No. 52 / F . No. 602 / 2 / 70 - DBK published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary , dated the 25th August , 1971 ) , the Central Govern- ment hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK / PN - 1 dated the 15th October , 1971 as amended from time to time .
For item ( ii ) of sub- serial No. 2205 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted, namely:-

सं ० प्रतिश्प्रदायगी/ सा० सू ० 63/76.-सीमाशुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क प्रनिश्रदायगी नियमावली, 1971 , ( भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण, दिनांक 25 अगस्त, 1971 में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना सं ० 52/फा० मंः 602/2/70 प्र ० अ ० ) के नियम 4 के अधीन, केन्द्रीय मरकार सार्वजनिक सूचना सं ० प्रतिभ्रदायगी/ सा ० सु ० 1 , दिनांक 15 अक्तूबर , 1971 में प्रकाशित सारणी में एतद्वारा , निम्नलिखित सशोधन करती है: -
उपक्रमांक 2205 की मद ( ii ) और तत्संबंधी प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रति- स्थापित किया जायगा, अर्थात्:-

In drawback Public Notice No. DRAWBACK / PN 92/76 dated the 16th June , 1976 , published in Part I , Section ( i) of the Gazette of India Extraordinary , the Central Government hereby makes the following corrections therein.- Under Column 'Rate of drawback against sub - serial No. 5002 (xvi ) , after the words Rupee one and paise forty five only) the words 'per kg. may be added.

सं ० प्रतिभ्रदायगी/ सा ० स० 64/ 76.-केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारत के राजपत्त ( असाधारण ) के भाग , खंड ( i ) में प्रकाशित प्रतिश्रदायगी सार्वजनिक सूचना सं ० प्रतिश्रदाययी/ सा ० सू०- 32/70 दिनांक 16 जून, 1976 में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित शुद्धिया करती हैं:-
उपक्रमाक 5002 ( xvi ) के सामने 'प्रतिअदायगी की दर' स्तम्भ में पैंतालीस पैसे ) ' , शब्दों के पश्चात् ' प्रति कि ० ग्रा० ' शब्द जोड़ दिये जायें । ( केवल एक रुपया No. DRAWBACK/PN - 65 / 76. In drawback Public Notice No. DRAWBACK PN - 52 / 76 dated the 16th1 June , 1976 published in Part I, Section ( i ) of the Gazette of India, Extra ordinary ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following corrections therein.- In item (a) of sub - serial No. 2607 after the words "Rs . 70.00 per kg. " the words " and below" may be added .
सं . प्रतिअदायगी/ सा ० सू० 65/76 -केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारत के राजपत्त्र ( श्रसाधारण ) के भाग I , खण्ड ( i ) में प्रकाशित प्रतिश्रदायगी सार्वजनिक सूचना सं ० प्रतिअदायगी/ सा ० सू ० 52/76 दिनांक 16 जून , 1976 में एनद्वारा निम्नलिखित शुद्धियां करती है : --
उपक्रमांक सं ० 2607 की मद ( क ) में " 70.00 रु ० प्रति किलोग्राम" शब्दों के पश्चात् "और उससे कम " शब्द जोड़ दिये जायें ।
