New Delhi, the 14th October 1976
G.S.R. 846(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by tub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), read with sub-section (4) of section 32 of the Finane Act, 1976 (66 of 1976), the Central Government being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Department of Revenue and Banking No. 369-Customs, dated the 2nd August, 1976, namely:—
In the schedule below the said notification, after serial number 11 and the entry relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely:—
"12. No. 395-Customs, dated the 2nd August, 1976."
