New Delhi , the 14th October 1976
S.O. 677 (F ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Public Premises ( Eviction ofof UnauUnauthorised Occupants ) Act , 1971 ( 40 of 1971 ) , andand in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Health and Family Planning and Works , Housing and Urban Development No. 110. 2167 , dated the 11th June , 1970 , the Central Government herchy appoints the officer mentioned in column ( 1 ) of the Table below being officer equivalent to the rank of a Gazetted Officer of Government , to be the estate officer for the purposes of the said Act , who shall exercise the powers conferred , and perform the duties imposed ,imposed, on an estate officer by or underunder the said ActAct within thethe local limits of his jurisdiction in respect of the public premises specified in column ( 2 ) of the said Table .

क ० ग्रा ० 677 ( अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, सरकारी स्थान ( अप्राधिकृत श्रधिभोगियों की बेदखली ) अधिनियम , 1971 ( 1971 का 40 ) की धारा 2 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व स्वास्थ्य और परिवार नियोजन और निर्माण, श्रावास तथा नगर विकास मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं ० का ० आ० 2167 , तारीख 11 जून , 1970 को अधिक्रांत करते हुए , नीचे दी गयी सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) में उल्लिखित अधिकारी को , जो सरकार के राजपत्रित अधिकारी के समतुल्य अधिकारी है , उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोज- नार्थ सम्पदा अधिकारी नियुक्त करती है , जो उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट सरकारी स्थानों की बाबत अपनी अधिकारिता की स्थानीय सीमाओं के भीतर उक्त अधिनियम द्वारा या के अधीन सम्पदा अधिकारी को प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग और अधिरोपित कर्तव्यों का पालन करेगा ।
