SUBJECT : Scheme for export of cotton yarn, mill-made cotton fabrics and product?
manufactured out of mill-made fabrics including made-ups and ready made
garments under O.G.L. 3 to Austria during the quota year ending 51st December.

No. 26-ETC(PN)/76^—Attention is Invited to the Public Notice No. 55-ETC(PN)/75 dated the 31st December 1975 issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Commerce, announcing the scheme for export under O.G.L. 3 to Austria during the quota year endin 31st December 1976.
2. Para 1 of the said Public Notice may be substituted by the following:—
"The scheme relates to export of cotton yarn, mill-made cotton fabrics and product manufactured out of mill-made fabrics including made-ups and ready-made garments under O.GL. 3 to Austria upto 31st December 1976. Exports of Hand loom fabrics and products shall be permitted quota free entry into Austria on basis of a certificate showing hand loom origin from Textiles Com mittee as provided for in Indo-Austra Agreement."
3. The other terms and conditions of the said Public Notice remain unchanged.
