ORDER
New Delhi, the 18th October 1976
G.S.R. 850(E)—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (]) and (2) of Article 371-D of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following Order to amend the Andhra Pradesh Public Employment (Organisation of Local Cadres and Regulation of Direct Recruitment) Order, 1975, namely:—
1- (i) This Order may be called the Andhra Pradesh Public Employment (Organisation of Local Cadres and Regulation of Direct Recruitment) Amendment Order, 1976.
(ii) It shall come into force at once.
2. In sub-paragraph (1) of paragraph 3 of the Andhra Pradesh Public Employment (Organisation of Local Cadres and Regulation of Direct Recruitment) Order, 1975, for the words "twelve months", the words "eighteen months" shall be substituted.
